Our Christmas party for 2017 became the biggest gathering of CJG members ever as almost 70 were in attendance.  The food was amazing as there were probably 50 different dishes to chose from.  Billy Schultheiss was our entertainment again this year and everyone received a gift.  The biggest gift had been a secret project that Billy and Chad Beal and been working on for a couple months.  It was revealed at the end and was a very cool Jeep rocking chair.  It had been discussed because of the value it will be a traveling gift to be given away each year at our party and the winner keeps it for one year. Somehow our President, chair builder, and MC; Billy won the chair in the drawing and everyone thought that was more than fitting.  Very nice crowd of about 70 were in attendance.Kevin Fox brought several of Bill Haycraft’s pictures to give away with any donations going to Project Merry Christmas.   Billy did a great job as the MC and host and Chad was a great assistant.Jerry McGeorge was one of the first winners.  He then picked the card for the next winner. The Jeep rocking chair is made out of Jeep parts.  It was very comfortable to sit in.
Billy’s name was drawn as the winner of the chair.The builders of the chair had to get their picture with the awesome chair.  Billy and Chad built it and Bucky Knipp did the painting.
