Project Merry Christmas 2017

We had a very large turn out for our annual Project Merry Christmas, Humane Society, and Annie’s Orphans donation run.  We started out at Doughworks for breakfast and then headed over to the high school parking lot for a group picture.  From there we paraded down to LPEA for the Project Merry Christmas drop off.  Billy Schultheiss did the radio interview for us and stressed the organizations we donate to and talked about 2018 being our 25th anniversary as a club.  From there we went to the Humane Society and dropped off supplies and as always there were some tears shed for the pets.  From there we headed out to Annie’s Orphans and then back to Durango to eat at Gazpachos.  Thank you everyone for the great turn out. We had 12 vehicles full of donations go to breakfast and then take a picture after. We then made sure everyone was in the group picture. We then headed to LPEA for the Project Merry Christmas drop off and we ended up with 17 vehicles full of donations. Group picture for Project Merry Christmas. We then dropped off the supplies to the Humane Society. We had a full pickup load full of donations.
